Steven C. Toschi

Steven C. Toschi is a founding member and managing partner of Toschi, Sidran, Collins & Doyle, APC. Mr. Toschi has tried more than 70 civil jury trials to verdict and has spent more than a year in his life in the courtroom, in trial concerning cases with very complex medical issues. Insurance companies' Special Investigative Units seek Mr. Toschi's counsel to assist them to effectively identify, prevent, and resist multi-claim healthcare fraud. He has expertise in anti-fraud litigation in real estate and other business transactions and also defends first and third party liability claims throughout the courtrooms of Northern California. He received his undergraduate degree in Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1983 and his law degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1986. He is a member of the California Bar, the Oregon Bar, the Alameda County Bar Association, Northern California Fraud Investigators Association, the Eastern Alameda Bar Association, and the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada. Mr. Toschi was awarded California Super Lawyer in 2008-2011.

 

David R. Sidran

David Sidran is a founding member and assistant managing partner of Toschi, Sidran, Collins & Doyle. A 1982 graduate of University of California, Santa Cruz and a 1985 honors graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, Mr. Sidran was admitted to practice law in California in 1985. Mr. Sidran has handled cases in State and Federal court through all phases of trial and the appeals process; specializing in the representation of auto dealers, contractors, developers, insurers, manufacturers and retailers regarding claims in the areas of consumer protection law, class actions, personal injury, products liability, employer liability, property damage, premises liability, construction, real estate, insurance coverage and bad faith. He has extensive trial, arbitration, and special master experience; and is licensed to practice in California, Colorado and Nevada. Mr. Sidran is also admitted to the U.S. Federal Court of Claims where he prosecutes vaccine injury claims under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Mr. Sidran is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Specialist and Civil Pretrial Specialist.

 

Wayne M. Collins

Wayne Collins is a founding member of Toschi, Sidran, Collins & Doyle. He is a 1968 graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, and a 1973 graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1973. Mr. Collins has handled cases in State and Federal Court through all phases of trial and the appeals process; specializing in personal injury, products liability, auto, homeowners, construction, admiralty, false arrest, slander and premises liability claims, extensive trial and arbitration experience. He is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada.

 

Gregory M. Doyle

Greg Doyle is a founding member of Toschi, Sidran, Collins & Doyle, A 1974 graduate, University of California, Berkeley, and a 1979 Graduate, University of San Francisco School of Law; Mr. Doyle was admitted to the California State bar in 1980. Mr. Doyle specializes in personal injury, products liability, premises liability, construction defect litigation, environmental and earth movement/landslide cases, bodily injury claims and real estate law; with extensive trial and arbitration experience. Mr. Doyle is AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California.

 

Deidre M. Siguenza

Deidre Siguenza is a 1995 graduate of University of Washington and a 1999 graduate of Golden Gate University School of Law, Ms. Siguenza was admitted to practice law in 2000. Ms. Siguenza specializes in personal injury, premises liability, construction defect litigation, and toxic torts with an emphasis on the defense of transportation industry clients. Deidre is a Member of the Martinez Unified School District Governing Board and the Contra Costa Bar Association.

Christopher L. Patton

Chris Patton is a 1994 graduate of Pepperdine University and a 1997 Graduate of Loyola Law School, Mr. Patton was admitted to practice law in 1997. Mr. Patton specializes in auto liability defense, construction litigation, premises liability, and medical malpractice defense as well as the investigation and prosecution of insurance fraud, including over 40 civil jury trials. Mr. Patton is a member of the Northern California Fraud Investigators Association.

Thomas M. Crowell

A 1983 graduate of the University of San Francisco and a 1994 graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, Mr. Crowell was admitted to practice law in 1994. Mr. Crowell specializes in the defense of employment related matters including discrimination including wage and hour and similar issues. Mr. Crowell is responsible for several published Court of Appeal decisions in the area of automobile transactions.

Mona L. Bauer

Ms. Bauer is a graduate of Cambridge University, a 2005 Graduate of John F. Kennedy School of Law, and admitted to the California State bar in 2007. Ms. Bauer specializes in civil litigation and auto liability defense and is licensed to practice in California and District of Columbia.

Hayden S. Alfano

A 2002 graduate of American University and a 2011 graduate of the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, Mr. Alfano was admitted to the California and Nevada State Bar in 2012. Mr. Alfano specializes in civil litigation, including auto liability, premises liability and product liability defense.

Austin L. Houvener

Mr. Houvener is a 2010 Graduate of the University of Washington and a 2013 Magna Cum Laude Graduate of Willamette University College of Law in Oregon. Mr. Houvener specializes in civil litigation, including auto liability, personal injury and bankruptcy law and is licensed to practice in California.

Alexandria Gasper

Ms. Gasper is a 2007 Graduate of University of Hawaii and a 2015 Graduate of Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2016. Ms. Gasper specializes in civil litigation, including auto liability and personal injury.
